Change Readiness
One of FIVE questionnaires in the "Change Dashboard"
You are invited to complete a Change Readiness questionnaire. This is designed to determine the organisation’s change readiness capability and aspects where there is a need for development in order to make the organisation ready and able to tackle the challenges ahead.
A profile will be produced, based on all completed questionnaires. It will form part of a Change ‘Dashboard’ that will show the organisation’s overall capability across a number of criteria. If you have any problems in completing this questionnaire please contact us.
You can either choose to answer the questions in each Section that gives a statement about the situation.

Read the short extracts from a story and make your selection. The story is based on the daily life in a beehive and the way it is organised and how it reacts to changes in the environment around the hive.
